The experience includes a guided tour of the Estate and vineyard and the guided tasting of 5 wines of Benanti Vineyard, originating from different Contradas (including one non current vintage), along with a full gourmet lunch created by our Resident Chef, a graduate of the famous ALMA school with experience in Michelin-starred kitchens, resulting in an interactive experience that offers a profound understanding of the potential of Etna’s elite wines and their ideal food pairings.
